At Kyarnmode, each piece is designed with care and attention to detail. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to ensure a smooth and easy exchange experience.


1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchange requests within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and not washed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as non-exchangeable on the product page

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order
  • Share your order number along with the reason for exchange
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps

Once your request is approved:

  • You may be required to self-ship the product, or
  • Opt for reverse pickup (subject to availability)

4. Exchange Options

You may choose to:

  • Exchange for a different size of the same product
  • Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if applicable, must be paid)

5. Quality Check
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection.
The exchange will be processed only after the item passes this check.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping charges (if any) for the exchanged product may apply

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos for verification
  • We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost
